Add Tracking and Live Chat Code to Your Websites

• The SalesIQ code will appear in the SalesIQ welcome page. You (or your webmaster) have to "Copy" the code from the welcome page.
• You will have two types of code on the welcome page, the Visitor Tracking Code, and Live Chat Code.
• If you wish to track only your website visitors. Then, copy the code inside the "Visitor Tracking" tab.

 

• If you wish to track your website visitors as well as enable live chat on your website, then copy the code inside the "Live Chat" tab.

 

• In your website's source file, "paste" the code snippet into your existing code anywhere between the head tags.
• "Save" and "Publish" the changes made to your website. 
• SalesIQ Chat will be ready for use!

 

To add the embed code of your choice to your site:

Navigate to your web editor and choose the specific page or template you wish to place your chat widget. Then navigate to a separate browser tab to your Zoho SalesIQ.

• Click on the "Settings".
• In the Web Embed section, click on the name of the Embed you are attempting to include in the page.
• Select the code snippet from any one of the embed type and "copy" the code.
• In your website's source file, "paste" the code snippet into your existing code anywhere between the head tags.

Note:

The visitor tracking is supported only in the Float embed. Please make sure you have the float embed inserted into your website from the welcome page or the web embed section.
