Associate Service

You can create a 360-degree view of the product to display all the associated details, such as services, trouble tickets, open activities, history of the completed activities, attachments, and notes.

In the Service Details page, you can update the following:

  • Price Books: To add different list prices to the service
  • Open Activities: To add tasks and events to service
  • Closed Activities: To display the closed tasks and events to service
  • Tickets: To add tickets to the service.
  • Solutions: To add solutions to the service
  • Attachments: To attach documents to the service
  • Leads: To add leads to the service
  • Clients: To add clients to the service
  • Potentials: To add potentials to the service
  • Companies: To add accounts to the service
