Can I change the call reminder settings in Calendar?

Yes, you can.
While creating a new call, you have an option to set a call reminder. Specify how long before a call you would like the reminder to go off.

In case you want to edit this setting, you can change the reminder from the Call's Details Page in the Activities module.

Once you have set the reminder, CRM will remind you about a scheduled call accordingly.
