Can I change the ownership of the folder?
Only users with administrator privilege can change the ownership of the folder. To change the ownership of the folder follow the simple steps mentioned below:
- Login as administrator in document management.
- Click Settings icon at the top-right corner near your username.
- Select Settings from the drop-down list.
- Click Admin Governance tab > Change Folder Ownership
- Enter the Email ID or user name to find all the folders created by the specific user and click Submit.
- Select the check-box near the folder for which you want to change ownership and click Change Ownership
