Can I restrict the reports only to certain selected users?
Yes. You can restrict the reports only to certain selected users, roles, or groups. You can do so by creating a Report Folder and giving access to the users, roles, or groups. Follow the steps given below to create a report folder with restricted access:
- Click the Reports tab.
- In the Reports home page, click Create New Report Folder.
- In the Create New Report Folder page, do the following:
- Enter the Folder Name.
- Enter the Folder Description.
- Under Accessibility Details, choose any of the following, as required.
- Show this Template Folder only to me: Select if you would like to enable the folder access only to you.
- Allow the following users to view this Template Folder: Select the users or user roles that can access the folder.
- Click Save.

Can I export certain selected records from CRM?

Can I restrict departments for Customer Portal Users?
No, you cannot restrict a particular department for select Customer Portal users. However, while creating a department you can choose to hide it from being viewed in the Customer Portal.
Can I disable Log a call option for selected users?
No. Call log is tightly integrated with the Activities module. If you want to disable, you have to disable the Activities module for the users' Profile.
