Cold Visitors

Cold Visitors

The visitors who don't fall under any category will be listed under the Cold visitors tab.

In cold visitors the following visitor information is displayed:

  1. Name/Random ID of the visitor (The star above the Name/Random ID denotes the repeated visitor)
  2. Available status of the visitor (Green-Available, Red-Busy, Orange-Idle)
  3. Visitor landing page on the website
  4. Time Spent by the visitor on the website
  5. Number of pages accessed in the current visit
  6. Source of the current visit
  7. Time interval between the Last visit and the Current visit of the visitor
  8. Current page of the visitor
