Customizing Notification e-mails.

You can customize the Notification e-mails sent to your customers and Support agents in Helpdesk. To edit a template, follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Go to Setup>Automation>Notification Rules
  2. In the following page, hover your mouse on a notification rule to highlight the "template" option
  3. Click Template to make changes in the notification e-mail 
  4. Click Save
