How can I activate or deactivate my web form?

You can activate or deactivate the web form by following the steps given below:

  1. Click Setup > Website Integration > Web Forms
  2. In the Web Forms page, move the mouse pointer over the desired form and click the Settings icon.



  3. Click the Activate/Deactivate link as required.
    If the form is already active, you will be able to see only the Deactivate link. If it is inactive, you will be able to see only the Activate link.
