How can I add a new Topic containing solutions?

How can I add a new Topic containing solutions?

You can add multiple Topics to contain solutions. To add a new Topic, 

  1. Click Solutions tab in Helpdesk
  2. Right click on your parent Topic
  3. In the options listed click Create Topic

You can also right click on an existing topic, to add a sub-topic to it.
