How safe are my externally shared documents?
All the documents shared externally are password-protected, where you have to enter a password for the document. The external user you've shared the file with can access the document only if you reveal the password to him, once he sends a mail requesting you for the password from the mail-id you sent the document link to. Only on entering the correct password will the user be able to download and access the document. This way you will be able to know if the person you've shared the document is the one you want to have access to the document or not.
