Reports based on the User Performance
The third section inside the Reporting module, Agents, is a
pre-loaded dashboard where you can run and view reports to learn more
about your SalesIQ’s agents and track growth and goals.
In
the Agents section, you can configure the data set you generate each
report from at the top by selecting which department from your SalesIQ (or All Departments) you want to view the report for. You can
also select the time period you want to run the reports for (Today,
Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, or define your
own custom range).
