Search Records by Criteria
This option enables you to search records based on the a search criteria. You can search records by criteria in two ways.
- By specifying your own search criteria
- By selecting the defined search criteria
To search records by criteria
- Click the [Module] tab.
Module refers to the Leads, Contacts, Accounts etc. tabs. - In the [Module] home page, click the Search icon.
- In the Advance Search section, do the following:
- Select the options from the drop down lists.
- Enter the corresponding values in the text box below.
- Click Search.
