Why am I unable to import more than 1500 records?
While importing records to CRM, you cannot import more than 1500 records if:
The import file is not in CSV format
- To import more than 1500 records, the file should be in CSV format.
You are in the Free Edition
- You can import more than 1500 records only in the Professional or Enterprise Edition.
