How do I edit an event in CRM

There are three ways to edit an event in CRM.

  1. In the Events List View
  2. In the Event Quick View popup in Calendar
  3. In the Event Details page

In the Events List View

  1. Go to the Activities module and choose the required required Event List View.
  2. Point the mouse to the desired event and click the Edit link that appears on mouse hover.



  3. In the popup that appears, edit the required details and click Save

  1. Click the desired event in Calendar.
  2. In the Event Quick View popup, click Edit to edit the required details and click Save.


Event Details page

  • In the Events Details page, click Edit to make the required changes.



You can also point your mouse to the event details such as date and time and click on the Edit link that appears on mouse hover.
