SalesIQ allows the administrator to control the user chat activity and the idle timeout
Treat idle users as offline
SalesIQ allows the administrator to control the idle time of an user.
This enables the chat widget to go offline after a certain time, when
the user is not available leaving the SalesIQ logged in.
